For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings, due to hygiene regulations.
This ensures that every pair of earrings you receive is entirely new, unworn, and safe to wear.

All other jewelry — such as rings — may be returned within 14 days, provided they are unworn and in their original packaging.
