1. What is a pre-order?
A pre-order means you can reserve your favorite Frasq jewelry pieces before they officially become available. You pay now and will receive your order once the collection goes live.

2. When will my order be delivered?
Delivery will take place shortly after the pre-order period ends. We’ll send you an update with the expected shipping date as soon as everything is ready.

3. Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to change or cancel your order during the pre-order phase, as each piece is made especially for you.

4. Are the products unique or limited edition?
Yes, our pre-order collection consists of exclusive and limited-edition designs. These pieces will not be reproduced once the pre-order period has closed — this is your only chance to get them!

5. How can I pay?
You can securely pay via iDEAL, credit card, or PayPal.

6. What if my product arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at [email] and we’ll assist you as quickly as possible to find a solution.

7. Do you offer a warranty on the jewelry?
Yes, we offer a 6-month warranty on manufacturing defects from the date of receipt.

8. How can I contact you if I have any questions?

9. Can I return earrings?
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged. Rings and other pieces can be returned within 14 days in their original condition.
