Shipping & Delivery
At Frasq Studio, every piece is prepared with care — packed, checked, and shipped directly from our studio. We take pride in ensuring that your order arrives safely and beautifully.
Shipping Days
We currently ship orders twice a week — every Monday and Thursday.
Orders placed before 10:00 AM on a shipping day will usually be sent out the same day. Orders placed afterward will ship on the next shipping day.
This rhythm allows us to prepare each parcel with care and attention — the way Frasq pieces deserve.
Processing Time
All in-stock items are processed within 2–4 working days, depending on when your order was placed relative to our shipping days.
For pre-order items, please check the estimated shipping date mentioned on the product page.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship from the Netherlands. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location:

Netherlands: 1–3 working days after dispatch

Belgium & Germany: 2–5 working days after dispatch

Rest of Europe: 3–7 working days after dispatch
A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order is on its way.
Packaging
Each order comes carefully wrapped in our signature packaging — ready for gifting or for your own quiet moment of indulgence.
Delays & Lost Packages
While most parcels arrive on time, postal delays may occasionally occur. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of the expected delivery date, please contact us at hello@frasqstudio.nl
If your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the item and packaging.
Shipping During Pre-Order Phases
Pre-order items are produced especially for you. Once production is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking link when your order is shipped on the next available shipping day.
