Returns & Exchanges

At Frasq Studio, each piece is thoughtfully crafted and inspected before it reaches you. We want you to love your jewelry as much as we do — but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges.

Earrings
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings (unless the item arrives damaged or faulty). This ensures that every pair remains new and unworn for our customers.

Rings & Other Jewelry
If you’d like to return or exchange a ring or another item, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Start a Return
Please contact us at hello@frasqstudio.nl with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions on where to send your package.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for the amount to appear on your account.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos so we can resolve it quickly — either through a replacement or refund.

Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are made to order and therefore not eligible for cancellation once production begins. However, if your pre-order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll of course make it right.
